bidit is a new way to shop where you tell the merchant what you are willing to pay. You can make up to two bids on a product per day.
If the merchant accepts your price, you get the item at the agreed price.
If the offer is declined, you may get a series of other responses from a simple decline, to a counter offer from the merchant, or a time when you can come back and bid again, or even an offer of a voucher or other unique merchant experience. It’s kind of exciting to find out!

No! It’s just between you and the merchant. No Auctions. No Pressure. Instant interactions.

You get up to two bids per product per day. If you don’t get the price you want come back the next day and try again. Or, you can try and bidit on another product you like.
-
Yes. Merchants set pricing based on stock and business conditions, so prices are updated regularly.
-
No. You can just go onto the product you like, make a bid. If the bid is accepted you add the product to cart using the bidit button and then make your payment. There is no cost to you for this service.
-
If you like your price, you can then go through the regular shopping steps. You accept the bid, you click the bidit button to add to cart, then complete your purchase.
-
A bidit accepted offer lasts for typically 24 to 48 hours depending on the merchant. It can also be impacted if merchants change their pricing within that time period. If that happens, you will need to rebid.
-
No, if your bid is accepted you still have to add to cart using the bidit button and finish the shopping process. Your bidit product can be held in your cart while you continue to shop.
-
Not every product on a site may have Bidit enabled. Merchants decide which products are open to offers, you will know if a product has bidit enabled if it has the bidit badge in the corner of the item, and if the bidit ‘make an offer with bidit’ button on the product page.
-
To keep the integrity of the service, the number of bids has been set to ensure customers engage fairly and don’t bid in multiple, small, increments.
-
Cart bidit allows the shopper to make an offer on the entire shopping cart, rather than 1 product at a time
